We have lunch in the Thai restaurant - Pataya in Tai Mei Tuk. We talk a topic about thing positive such as learn some positive words, think thanksgiving, etc.
I and my girlfriend ride a bicycle from Tai Mei Tuk to ShaTin for 2 hours. We take a rest several times because we feel tired. My average speed 12km/h.
We have dinner in Pizza Express in ShaTin after we return the bicycle to the shop.
