尋日，天氣炎熱🔥、好曬🌞同冇風，氣溫33°C/92°F，濕度62%。我出街3個鐘，衫👕同底褲都沾滿汗，好難受😫，返到屋企要即克沖涼。

It was sunny🌞, sweltering🔥 and no wind yesterday. 33°C/92°F, 62%. I went out around 3 hours, my T-shirt👕 and underwear were soaked with sweat. I felt so uncomfortable😫. I took a shower immediately when I got home.
